Using public street fixtures as printing elements to produce shirts, bags, or paper, imprinted with manhole covers, vents and utility grates. Overlooked geometric patterns and typographic forms of urban signage make surprisingly bold graphics. A local clandestine crew will lead a small group of guerrilla artists on a tour of downtown Silver City to create these first-ever editions.
We will provide the ink and a guided walking tour of 4-5 sites.
Bring your own t-shirts/bags/whatever to print on.
Limited to the first 15 registrants.
