Thank you for signing up to be a vendor at the 2025 Southwest Print Fiesta. We are looking forward to having you join us at the Printers’ Market on Saturday, October 11 from 10am-4pm.

Please read on for some important information.

HOTELS
We have reserved room blocks at two hotels this year!
The historic MURRAY HOTEL is right downtown, within walking distance to all Fiesta events.
We are holding single Queen rooms for $99/night and double Queen rooms at $109/night. This special rate is good for the nights of Friday 10/10, Saturday 10/11, and Sunday 10/12. To reserve one of these rooms you must call the hotel directly at 575-956-9400, and mention the Southwest Print Fiesta rate before September 19.

LULU is a newly remodeled motel, just on the outskirts of town. Very cute and affordable, though you will need a car to get downtown to Fiesta events. We have reserved single King and double Queen rooms there for $69/night. This special rate is good for the nights of Friday 10/10, Saturday 10/11, and Sunday 10/12.

To reserve a discounted room at Lulu you must call the hotel manager, Jaime, directly at 575-574-7541 and mention the Southwest Print Fiesta rate before September 15.
Rooms are available on a first come first served basis, so don't wait!!

BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS
The Printers’ Market will be held in its usual location, Silver City Main Street Plaza. You will receive booth assignment instructions in mid September.

Print Fiesta is much more than just the Printers’ Market! We are finalizing all of our weekend programming, so please stay tuned and consider sticking around for a workshop, or attending one of the FREE artists’ talks on Friday or Sunday. We are also offering a FREE movement class for vendors on Sunday morning, focusing on how to take care of our bodies while doing repetitive motions like carving or printing. And much more, coming soon! Workshop registration
will open in July.
