Special Events Registration
-
Print Rally
The Print Rally is a live printmaking activity where artists create a small edition of prints from start to finish in a two-hour window. As the prints are hung to dry, they are also available for viewing and immediate purchase.

-
Tattoo Station
We're looking for artists to submit 1-3 images that we will make into temporary tattoos! At the Printers’ Market on October 10, we will display all of the selected images in a flash-style gallery and have volunteers apply the tattoos to anyone who wants one.

-
Scavenger Hunt
We are accepting submissions of tiny prints that we will hide around town for folks to look for throughout the weekend!

2026 WORKSHOPS
2026 WORKSHOPS
We believe in print as a democratic artform, and we aim to serve and support printmakers of all kinds, from the traditional to the radical, formally-trained or self-taught. We offer opportunities for established artists interested in advancing their practices, as well as a platform for new, emerging voices to join in the conversation. We believe that we are all simultaneously teachers and students, and we are committed to building a non-competitive, non-hierarchical community, open to everyone interested in learning about, engaging with, and advancing the medium of print.
Support our work!
Our goal is to build community among printmakers throughout the Southwest and Borderlands regions, to foster connections and partnerships with printmakers outside of the region, and to engage with our local community here in Silver City through the diverse and accessible language of print.
We strive to promote and advance printmaking through public outreach, educational opportunities, collaborative projects, resource sharing, artist talks, exhibitions, print sales, and community conversation.
We are fiscally sponsored by Gila Community Foundation. All donations are tax deductible and processed through their 501(c)(3).
