2026 Purchase Prize
Enter for a chance to win a place in the permanent collection at the new Southwest Regional Museum of Art! One artist will be selected by the Museum board to join the permanent collection and will be awarded a $300 prize.
TO ENTER: visit the Museum’s Contact Us page on their website. Fill in the contact form (please use the form, not email) with your name, title of piece, medium, and dimensions. No entry fee!
Deliver your print(s) without frame or mat to the Museum on Friday, October 9 or Saturday, October 10 between 8 and 10am.
Purchase Prize submissions will be on display at the museum on Saturday, October 10 and Sunday, October 11.
Purchase Prize selection will be announced on Sunday, October 11 at 3pm. All prints must be picked up between 4-6pm on Sunday.

About the Museum
Coming soon to Silver City!
The Southwest Regional Museum of Art is dedicated to establishing a prominent fine art destination in downtown Silver City. While its permanent facility is currently in development, the museum is actively acquiring a vast collection of American art from 1850 to the present.
The museum will be housed in the old post office building on Broadway, with renovations and future expansion plans currently in the works.
