Join us for the second installment of this fun project: a printmakers’ temporary tattoo station!

We're looking for artists who are willing to submit 1-3 images that we will make into temporary tattoos. At the Printers’ Market on October 10, we will display all of the selected images in a flash-style gallery and have volunteers apply the tattoos to anyone who wants one.

This will be free to the public, though we will also offer mystery grab bags of tattoos for sale at the event and on our website to offset some of our production costs.

All of the participating artists will receive a grab bag and a set of their own design(s).

SPECS:

+ black + white artwork only please

+ vector Ai or PDF preferred, or hi res JPG (at least 300 dpi)

+ 3 x 3” max (or we will scale it down for you)

+ feel free to submit a new design or pull from your existing artwork!

+ original artwork should be (or at least feel like) a print - lino/wood cut, riso, letterpress, etc. High contrast print-based artwork will translate best.

+ subject matter is totally open, but please nothing too explicit, as this will be a kid-friendly event
